The Carelift Management Process

A typical implementation of the Guldmann CareLift Management Concept begins with a meeting between management and the CLM Instructor. During this meeting, a clarification of expectations, goals and attitudes takes place, whereupon the CLM Instructor conducts a number of observations in the organization. These observations are the starting point for an analysis of the organizational needs.
The result of the analysis is presented to and discussed with management, in order to make a further clarification of expectations, goals and attitudes. Afterwards, the two seminars, Guldmann CLM BASIC and Guldmann CLM ADVANCED, are carried out, and finally a number of new observations are conducted, to evaluate the success of the Concept.
